Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content Categories

You agree that you will not host, link to, post, or distribute any of the following on your Cajita page:

• Adult & Sexual Content: Any form of nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, escort/adult services, or adult-oriented entertainment links.
• Fraud & Financial Scams: Phishing schemes, deceptive giveaways, Ponzi/pyramid schemes, counterfeit merchandise, or unauthorized multi-level marketing (MLM).
• Malware & Exploits: Malicious code, spyware, trojans, ransomware, or links redirecting visitors to deceptive web domains.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Defamation, threats, cyberbullying, doxxing, or content promoting violence or discrimination against individuals or protected groups.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Pirated software, unlicensed copyrighted media, unauthorized trademark usage, or trade secret violations.

2. Prohibited System Abuse & Security Violations

You may not:

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Cajita systems, APIs, or networks.
• Launch denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or generate abusive automated API requests.
• Circumvent or manipulate subscription tier feature gates, limits, or quotas.
• Scrape or harvest data from other creators or user accounts without explicit authorization.

3. Investigation & Immediate Enforcement

Cajita reserves the right to monitor, audit, and investigate pages flagged by automated security systems or community abuse reports.

If an account is determined to be in violation:

• The violating page and all hosted media will be deleted immediately without prior warning.
• The user's email, IP range, and payment identifiers will be permanently banned.
• Any remaining prepaid subscription balances will be immediately forfeited.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a Cajita page that violates this policy, please report it immediately with the page URL to: abuse@cajita.me.
